National School Principals Gather at Ananda College.

The principals of all national schools gathered at Ananda College for a special workshop organized by the Ministry of Education today. Nearly four hundred principals attended the workshop, which was inaugurated by the Honorable Prime Minister, Mrs. Harini Amarasuriya. She delivered an inspiring speech emphasizing the importance of providing quality education for all students, regardless of whether they attend popular or less well-known schools.The Prime Minister further outlined plans to introduce new educational reforms aimed at achieving the above stated aims.Mr. Pradeep Saputhanthri, Secretary to the Prime Minister, also participated in the event.

Following the guidance of the Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Mrs. Thilaka Jayasundara, the Principal of Ananda College, Mr. D.M.L.P. Dissanayake, ensured that the necessary facilities were prepared for the event. Several high-ranking officials from the Ministry, including the Secretary herself and the Director of National Schools, were also in attendance.
