The Quality Circle of Ananda College managed to secure a series of massive victories at the recently concluded 25th International Convention on Students' Quality Circles held in Lucknow, India.
These achievements include,
- The Award for "Most Disciplined Team.
- A special award in Case Study Presentation.
- A consolation prize in Cultural Presentation.
- 2nd Runners-Up in the Quality Quiz
The team consisted of 12 students including Ginura Kariyawasam, Kemith Rajapakse, Janiru Wijekoon, Eveen Anjal, Sonith Rajapakse, Sandanu Senarathne, Shermal Ihalagedara, Mihitha Pathberiya, Sithma Chirath, Nelith Sanyuru, Rushanka Weerathunga and Bimsara Yohan under the guidance of Mrs. Lanka Wijeratne and Mrs. Vajira Priyadarshani along with Mr. Nuwan Priyantha, Mr. Senaka Kumarasihi and Mrs. Pradeepa Punchihewa.
