This wasn’t just a tournament — it was a journey of resilience. The team faced setbacks, tough pushbacks, and moments that tested their resolve. Yet, through every challenge, they never stopped believing and fighting — not only for themselves but for the unwavering faith of our Principal, Mr. D. M. L. P. Dissanayake, whose belief in their potential was a guiding light throughout.
Years ago, this moment seemed distant. The team always wanted to gift this victory to their mentor, but even when circumstances didn’t allow it, the Principal’s faith never wavered. That unshakable belief fueled their determination to keep pushing forward.
